We carefully remove the battery pack, clean all bus bars, inspect wire looms, connections, and onboard computers for damage or corrosion.

3. Cell-Level Testing

Every individual cell tested for capacity, leaks, physical damage, and internal resistance. Only truly bad cells are replaced.

4. Cell Replacement & Rebalancing

Bad cells replaced with high-quality matched cells. Complete charge/discharge cycles to balance all cells to identical voltage levels.

5. Load Testing

Every rebuilt pack is load tested under real-world conditions before it goes back in your vehicle.
